Glucosamine stimulates collagen production, which improves joint
function. It can encourage cartilage synthesis following damage or
infection and aid the prevention of degradation of cartilage.
MSM is a readily available source of organic sulphur, a key
component in collagen metabolism. MSM reduces inflammation and
improves joint mobility, stimulates immune response and dilates
blood vessels which increase blood flow.
Omega oils 3 and 6 are found in vegetable and marine oils. These
essential fatty acids, which cannot be manufactured by the body and
therefore must be obtained from the diet, play a useful role in
reducing inflammation and supporting the immune system.
